1 Introduction & Acceptance

3 Account Rules & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) foxgame account only. Operating or attempting to operate more than one account — whether directly or through a proxy, family member, or any other third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your foxgame account. 8 Responsible Gaming

11 Suspension & Termination

foxgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or payment fraud initiated against foxgame;
• Receipt of a regulatory instruction or court order requiring account restriction;
• Provision of false or unverifiable identity information.

Upon termination of an account for cause, foxgame reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending a compliance review. Where an account is closed due to a breach, foxgame may forfeit any bonus balances and associated winnings in full.

12 Disputes & Governing Law

13 Amendments

foxgame reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, foxgame will notify active players via:
